As a high-performing woman, which I know you are, you most likely want to look and feel good, right? And looking and feeling like you’re 10 years younger wouldn’t be a bad thing while living that vibrant life would it?
Cutting corners with your #1 asset, YOU, isn’t optional
So to get back with the title of this post, I was out walking the other day (in the chilly wind!) I was thinking about women, self care, change, and how we like to wait until the “perfect” time to take care of ourselves. Like when mt kids’ ball games are over for the season, I’ll eat better. HA!
