RUNZA HOT PLATE RECIPE
RUNZA HOT PLATE
1-2 lb. ground beef
1 Bag Coleslaw Mix (do not use dressing if included)
1 onion, diced
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp fat of choice
Saute beef & onion in large skillet together over medium to med. high heat.
Season with garlic powder, salt, & pepper as it cooks.
Drain meat mixture.
Hold Up! Don’t put meat back in pan yet!
Heat 2 Tbsp. fat in the same skillet over medium high heat, add coleslaw mix
Saute until soft and tender, stirring regularly.
Season coleslaw mix as you go with a little salt & pepper.
When close to tender, add meat back to pan.
Mix all together, season to taste if needed.
Plate it up! Yum. Yum!
Optional: sprinkle with cheese
