Another exercise I use frequently with clients is the Pallof Press. Watch out! It LOOKS easy, but it’s not! The pallof press is an anti-rotational strengthening exercise for our torso. This is really important for functional, daily living. When we’re strong in rotating our torso, we protect our back when doing things like lifting groceries out of the car or lifting a trash bag, then turning, and walking or tossing it into the dumpster. A perk of performing this one, less muffin top and love handles 🙂 You’ll notice a difference!
